Luanda, the capital, is one of the most expensive cities in world. If you wanna dinner in a restaurant, prepare 40$ and no wine!!! besides that, one litter of diesel is around 40cents (US) and gasoline 50cents (US). And a Marlboro is around 1$!!!

Depends on the restaurant. If we're talking something like a burger joint, yeah that's a little pricey. But considering a meal at a nicer restaurant here in the states can run around 20 or 30 bucks, that's not that crazy. I've dropped 200 bucks on a meal for 2 before. Granted, it was at some fancy shmancy Moroccan restaurant where you sit on the floor, eat with your fingers, get like 9 different courses, watch belly dancers and sheik lookin' motherfuckers twirl big fat curved swords around. Personally, I didn't think the rather bland meal was worth it, but it impressed the hell out of the woman I was with and I got laid very very much out of the whole deal.

Looks like a few live very well and everyone else lives in extreme poverty. It is like that in many countries.
I bet most well off people never leave the capital. I wonder what crime is like there ?

Crime is the same as in big cities like São Paulo for example.. Its not goot to walk around with gold and things like that. But its not so bad!!
Ive seen there lots of expensive cars that i dont even see them here.

The first photos are outside of the capital. we drove 500km to Benguela. The little towns looks cool.

nah, theres lots of EXPENSIVE condominiums! Some houses goes to $20000 month of rent.
