Major lag

I was just playing right now. And then next thing I know, I can't move and there is this key at the top of my screen that shows up. Everyone was moving but I couldn't. I'm using r1q2 btw. And it said something about 'frame ...' on the left side. What just happned? :help:

Idk could be anything we do not have enough information to go by. Things are not going to run PERFECTLY FOREVER something will eventually go haywire somewhere down the line somehow.

that would be a bump in a fiber optic cable in kansas, or bonzai buddy using to many resources on your PC for a moment.

Seriously though, if you narrow it down to a quake server or two, you might find results in running something like traceroute/mtr(mtr preferred).
