This is what I have so far. The skin is temporary as are sounds. I still need to add some animation but I`d love to know what you guys think.

Looks cool.  :)  His butt crack has the normals inversed it looks like?  Also it looks like his head shrinks a little bit when it's moving back & forth.  maybe it's just me.

I use q2 modeler for my double checking.  Milkshape needed a license & I never bought one.  :)
