High Ping Times to Tastyspleen Servers in Dallas

I haven't played in a while, but I tried to play the last few nights and I noticed that there seems to be an issue with routing to the Tastyspleen servers in Dallas. I ping fine to the IR servers, however one hop within Level3 right before the handoff to SOFTLAYER spikes up when destined for the Tastyspleen servers. Only one ip in my tracert is different between the 2 servers other than the destination IP and it seems to be hitting a different interface on the same box (edge2.Dallas3.Level3.net). I was wondering if you guys could have SOFTLAYER investigate to try and see what is up. It has been going on in the evenings for atleast the last few nights that I know of.
