rail trail color

i wanted my rail trail to look like the one in bullz pak

I think you have the wrong type of railtrail. R1Q2 Supports the spiral rail and the laser-type of rail.

I think being able to switch it off is in the Options Menu.

I wouldn't know; I use AprQ2, but the command for yellow railtrail spiral is cl_railtrail 222.

Too bad AprQ2 doesn't have such a command, or else it would be the best client evar.

its the same command you use to get that ugly little lazer style trail, you just use much higher values, goes up well into the three digit numbers i believe, VERY slight changes throughout the whole thing, can get green and white, blue and white, just white, black, red and black, whatever fits your tastes

u aint missing much, i tried it and it actually isn't that great. if anything it obstructs your view especially in railz mod all u see is nothing but yellow spirals everywhere

i use that trail, it never obstructed my view! you get used to 
but you can try more colors, just try cl_railtrail 20, 30, 40.........
theres one white (railtrail 110) and another red (railtrail 70), they look good too..

From what I saw, the r1q2 rail colors were pretty limited. As far as the classic swirl double colored rail trail goes, there are unlimited possibilities with any combination of colors, or of a single solid color.
I used to like the pure white spiral trail. Lime green or yellow/red with white were also cool. I wrote my a bunch of my own color combinations for the client years ago. I don't remember what all of the colors I picked were. Pretty sure there was white, yellow, purple, blue, red, yellow, orange, swirled with white.

I've never tried all of the different hex values.. sure would be interesting to compile it with each one available. Each one of these is possibly a unique combo of colors for the railtrail.
