Group stages are over and the play-offs have begun! Some good match-ups ahead, congrats to all who advanced.

How in quadz name did I make it? I ended 5th in my group.

I'll gladly trounce naymlis out though, so nobody else has to deal with him.

Yes reflex I made an exception (I'm sure Jehar won't mind). B C and D are all much heavier than group A(which is even lighter now, being that epitaph didn't do anything in the group stages), so I permitted the top 5 from my group, B, to advance. Logically it would be group D that I would offer this courtesy to but being that Vae quit on us and beez is nowhere to be found...(not to mention leo/epi not participating) you're in! Very close game with Lor, btw.

dm3 is fairly american! It was removed from EDL's maplist years ago if I'm not mistaken. Plenty of euros know it from organized 4v4, though.

dm3 is OLD SCHOOL american... however currently europe is much more practiced on the map

i cant think of too many players in america who really prefer dm3 honestly... except maybe reaper

I definitely prefer dm3 - mostly because I can't aim.

most people who can aim find it extremely boring XD i know players including naymlis and slugs dislike how boring it is even if they play it very well...

i was having fun on it in 2v2 yesterday though

Haha yeah. It's a nice map cuz you can set the place really slow, and make the game much less about aim.
