Apparently, the servers are just a venue for him to take up a spec slot and bitch and whine all day, and then namechange spam when he wants to rape everyone's eyes with his idiocy more than once a minute.

The full mute and name ban were lost when his IP hopped subnets.

When I noticed that a couple weeks ago, what I did was to replace those with a longer half-mute (120 seconds.)

I guess, for whatever reason, I don't find his blather particularly annoying on servers like vanilla... I suppose, to use Hitchhiker's Guide parlance, he seems "mostly harmless."

However, I've received enough complaints I've raised the half mute to 300 seconds (and re-instituted the name restriction to prevent spammy name changes.)

Side note: What I'd like to implement, if I had time, is a new mute mode where you stay muted until your frag count increases at least +1.
