1 death
1 fall
2 pain
1 drown
1 bump

If you want to help finish him post your (16bit minimum)  samples here please.

Oh, I fixed the trouser color error!  Delete your existing  tris.md2  and the bob.pcx please.

Why not simply rename the folder and repost it so people wont have to delete it?

Nice work so far but you could at least have given him a nose. He's also annoyingly small.
I recorded some sounds from interviews with Bob's voice Tom Kenny so that you don't hear background music from the cartoon.  Also some sounds you used were rather lengthy so they got cut off, like the drowning sounds where he says: "Air is not good, Patrick". While drowning all you hear is "Air is..." "Air is...".  So I took one of the "gurp" wavs and split it in two parts, but of course use whatever you like best. (The drown1 sound is only used when it replaces the original one in baseq2/sound/player/...)

Anyway on most modulate/gamma settings the skin's colors look washed out (I use gl_modulate 3/intensity 3/vid_gamma .7) It's always a good habbit to use slightly darker colors than you normally would when working with the Q2 palette. If you don't mind I made the skin a little bit darker and painted some more detail.  See the difference in my image; Bob on the left is how it looked on my settings and on the right is the darker version. But again use what you like best or even modify what I've done.

I would have to go back a few stages to enlarge him and if I did that, I may as well start from scratch. I did however give him a nose and alter the skin around the nose to fit.
I also used the sounds you supplied.
