Chaos is not really a n00b mod coz basically, unlike normal Q2, its more about pure fraggin than strategy - so it tests how well you can kill compared to your opponents! Its good to play every so often coz of how different it is to vanilla Q2

Cornholio....Best thing I find about Chaos is the movement is so much quicker and more controllable, as long as you practise. You get good enough with a hook/gravbelt and your'e practically impossible to kill. And if you can squeeze out a railshot at somebody doing similar evasive manoeuvres and get the frag, that is most satisfying.

It is possible to flood the map with proximity mines, making ground travel very awkward but there's always the 'cmd kick' so you can kick the bastards away. All rockets/nades can similarly be kicked away, apart from laser mines. I heard it's possible to time it right and kick a rail slug away

Hey I am setting up some Q2 servers (Rocket Arens, LMCTF) and this is the first time I have done so. I was wondering how many physical servers you folks use for your many server. Are there any issues with putting multiple servers up on one physical server? I have a Dual Pentium 3 - 756 mhz processors with 512 Megs of Ram just wondering how many servers I could stack up on it, 20 players per server, without any degredation. Since you folks have so many servers I was wondering if you have any tips or if there is a thread concerning server administration. Thanks for the great servers!
