If the first SG cup showed anything, a quick cup format is not very good for people in this scene. Something like EDL or NDL would be better, where all the matches don't have to be played on the same day or weekend. It doesn't seem like anyone is competitive enough to drop life commitments to play, besides vae.

Yeah, like I said. You wouldn't win the tournament. It just seems silly to talk shit for no reason at all, when people in the same tournament could do the same to you. Pretty much, anyone in the invited bracket could 2-0 you, and the matches might not even be close.

i do care, i would have been the first person signed up had gnnr not been a total prick to me, i am one of the few people in the q2 community who still wants to compete

i didnt do shit, island55 is just being stubborn and wont go against gnnr who is acting like an idiot

first irc message i saw for it, i messaged gnnr to sign me up, never been rude to gnnr before, and all i got back was a bunch of "fuck you" and him telling me i couldnt play in it

i still dont see a reason why they are keeping me from it when they even said themselves i could play in the next one they hold >_> and most people ive talked to about it think its kinda bullshit that they wont let me play in this one

doesnt fuckin matter though, i dont want to play in a tournament run by people so childish now, waste of my time if i have to put up with admins that act like 3 year olds
