Quake Con isn't over yet

After being there for the first time, I have to say that the biggest things that happened at quake con, came home with me. I met the nicest man on earth, the most dedicated man on earth, and someone who has to be a very BIG man in order to handle what he does for us. (I'll let them decide who was who)

I get to take that with me, booths and keynotes be damned. So for me it is still alive. Until next year! WOOOOH!!

All that being said. I'm reviewing some of the coverage and I have to ask:

at 1:02, who is that. I can tell you that it's not Gator, Quest, Quadz, Friar, or myself. Deathstalker? Does that look like one of your paks?

Also, in regards to who the player is onscreen at 1:02, my guess is it is Pyrex.  Whoever it is, is using a CRT, and i see Pyrex is on the server at that time, i could not read the other name present in the text.

that's a 4:3 CRT & noone in the TS area had a 4:3 CRT.

Damn it!   could of been another QCon Q2 player would could of had play QPong*!

That's right, everyone also came home with a brand new pair of balls! We plan on unveiling them during a splatterfest I believe. With much luck we may get it going this weekend.

Yesir ye bob, that was me alright. I was able recognize my PAK, config settings, monitor, and even my own style of grabbing the mega on DM5. I never strafe in, I always just a little circle spin to grab it. It's in and out much faster than strafing in or going in and backing out.

No it's not a CRT.
Unfortunatly my black 19" got hit with a power surge a couple of months ago, so i had to bring my old back up LCD. It's a smaller Compaq LCD with a large white frame around it, just like a CRT would have.
And yea, i hate that I missed some great Pong action.
