In this scenario, if I had to take a wild guess, I'd guess it would throw you about FOUR times as far as normal.  Don't ask me where I come up with these crazy figures.

yup normal jump stuff applies as well will also go much higher if you jump right before your shot from bellow

I doubt it was quad. You would have heard it. There is something unusual about SSG when you're in forward motion or speed running. I've run at opponents and fired at the precise moment when I'm chest-to-chest and obliterated him with what seems like 200 damage. Try a kamikaze run at people with it and see if there's any difference.
