Do You Play Quake II on any other Consoles?

It's my server but it it's on the wallfly goto network under the independent zone. Currently it runs my fireworks mod on a rotation of most of the n64 deathmatch maps.

Had it on my Nokia N95 for a bit. It also came with Q4 for the 360.

What do you mean you mean you have nothing cool with it?!

Anyways... You need The Homebrew Channel for this. Other homebrew booting methods may require a little directory tweaking.

Go to http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Q2Rev and click on "Download" in the infobox.
Extract the "apps" and "baseq2" folder onto the root of your SD card.
In baseq2, copy over the .pak files from the baseq2 on your computer.
Also, if you don't want to do it in-game, make a config.cfg file in the baseq2 directory on your SD card and make changes from there.
Insert the SD card into your Nintendo Wii and boot up The Homebrew Channel.
Choose Q2Rev. Enjoy!

Yes, a version of Quake II specially designed for the Xbox 360 was released with Quake 4 in the packaging.

Quake 2x is a homebrew port of Quake II, but it was made using some version of a coding tool that made it illegal.
I think that it was made with a trial version or pirated copy, no?

I'm running on 4.2U + homebrew and just turned on my wii for the first time in awhile. There's a new system update, 4.3 or 4.4 I assume..... I'm guessing that this will probably brick my wii since 4.2 was hard enough to get homebrew to work with, any thoughts?

Also, what are your favorite things to play loaded through hb?

Brick your Wii? Do you have any soft/hard mods? And the new update will erase everything homebrew.

Mostly emulators. Some ports of PC games, too.
