well, looks like it might be time to disable goto for a short period of time until it can be fixed, or institute code that auto-mutes or renames people who are spoofing someone's name who is already on the server.

Im also considering a chatban on anything that mentions his name so he won't be using invite to spam his egocentric bullshit.


either that or we could just go with "set sv_anticheat_required 2" and then sit back and laugh at this newbie.

I would have, but most of the proxies he's using don't resolve to hostnames.  And the IPs are in wildly different subnets.

I'll likely add an ip2country database to our admin tools, so that IPs can be blocked based on country.

r1q2 filters out non-keyboard characters to prevent exploits (it also kicks if you have an 0xFF in your name).
