started this thread because when times are tough or somewhat tough , all one can do is think of all the negative shit that goes on , so i have decided to start a thread about the good things that do go on in my/our lives!

im thankful that i went to Sa with my family and we went to fiesta texas
thankful for good health
thankful for shattering my jogging record , used to be 2 miles now its a whole 3!!!
thankful for a healthy family
thankful that my pc is now working fine , it needed a stronger psu
thankful for my new EVO phone it freaken rocks!
thankful for getting out of a bad relationship
thankful for yet another good bday im now 26
thankful that another trip to Sa Tx is in the works but with friends this time , and prolly to a water park with sweet rides.
thankful to god for taking care of all my needs

Thankful to have a second chance with the lady i love most in life.
Thankful we both have learned some hard but needed lessons.
Thankful to have so much positive in my life.
Thankful for a great church.
Thankful for my supportive family and friends.
Thankful for a job that has provided for me through good times and bad.
Thankful for the love of my dogs.
Thankful for such a dedicated, passionate, and heartfelt community, none other then TastySpleen. One in a million.
Thankful for a creature named quadz.
Thankful for such a large group of like minded, good willed, interesting, and caring people, the people that make up BTF.

ahh more than anything having a woman / best friend that loves me. also thankful for my mistakes, friends/family on occasion, yankee tourists that preoccupy the highway patrol, my remarkably outstanding abilities in q2, new castle, areas of high thc concentration, and.. i'll throw in quadz in there too for some brownie points.

But seriously... I was looking at the donations v. expenses graph the other day, he's a pretty cool dude.

wow,,,,,,,, very cool thread, and nice to see.
I don't really post on sites much, but felt a need in this one.
I think this can tend to make one reflect on the things that we take for granted. It's nice to look at our lives and realize that we indeed have many blessings and it's nice to take time to notice them, and be greatful.

I'm thankful for my brothers. They are closer than family and will always be there if I need them no matter what. "Friends" might loan you money, but they'll pester the shit out of you 500 times a day wanting you to pay them back. "Friends" will hang around when times are good, but will tuck tail and run when shit gets too tough for them to deal with. "Real friends" will always give you the hand up you need if they can do it, no matter what the circumstances are. "Real friends" don't ask to be repaid, but you always will repay them because you realize they are worth 1000 times more than all the money they could ever give you. My brothers are my real friends and without them I don't know where I'd be right now.

hurricane alex brought alot of water to the rio grande river , and it broke loose!! lol , well the water is still rising but it seems to have slowed down , the river is 3 miles from where it should be , and the water is super close to my house , 3 diff lakes released lots of water some places are flooded , but there is always some type of serenity amist the chaos , in this case it may be some goooood fishing alligator gars and catfish possibly bass!

turns out we are evacuating ........... lol............ hope the dmg to the house is minimal if it gets in.

This will sound crazy stupid, and probably is, but I wish I lived in a windy city! Gitting up and evacuating a place, while tragic in the sense of the chaos and destruction it brings from a hurricane, would be fucking cool to me! I get excited when I hear of snow-days at Uni lol, and think it would be cool to be for example snowed in.. I don't know, I guess im just bored of SEVERE WEATHER WARNINGS that turn out to be shitty pube ticklers.

when you live in an area with lots of snow, you ignore the warnings. It just means "go slower" vs "go slow". And you're not snowed in: you need to get outside to move said snow, so when there's more snow you spend more time moving it.
