"Poor Sport" forum (de)merit badge

A new forum membergroup has been added called "Poor Sport".

It's similar to ShortBus without restricting posting privileges.

Currently the idea is that the "Poor Sport" demerit badge will be handed out when someone exhibits unsportsmanlike behavior during an official tourney/event.

By default, the badge will be removed after 1 week.

(But obviously, in the "hypothetical" situation that someone is participating in a weekly tourney, and if they insist on being a poor sport each week, their badge would keep being renewed each week.  But that's up to them.)

What about 3 strikes and you're out? After 3 "awards", you can no longer participate, and the demerit badge stays for good.

If the person deserved the badge for his many "Poor Sport" moments before the badge was established, I think he needs to badge for more than 1 week.
Let's grandfather him in, so he won't miss out on what he deserves
