Wallhacker?

Unfortunately i was the only one playing him :/ so i couldnt spec him to get a demo from his pov...

But there was this guy on railz by the name Tomek who was pinging about 300, said he was a top player from australia...

The funny thing about his shots... every time id come around a corner, or try to lay an ambush and he would come around a corner, i would instantly die, no delay for high ping, no delay for reaction time... which is a little understandable for a top player but still pretty fucked up and suspicious if it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME... So i figured if hes just good, hes listening to sounds pretty well... Then i decided to play some sound tricks, going completely silent, giving false sounds, doing double backs, trying to really out smart him... There was even a couple times i took HUGE round about paths completely silent so i could really throw off where he thought i was, didnt work at all...

I continued to be nailed at every point in time a wall hacker would have the advantage... There was one point where i was in the middle of a big room, and he flew in and nailed me dead on, i could have been standing 50 different places but he managed to hit me dead on AS SOON AS HE ENTERED, on 30 ping alright that sounds reasonable, 60 ping, sure, 300 ping? no...

After that i decided to do aclist, of course he wasnt running anticheat... his aim out in the open was nothing like the prediction shots he was landing... It really looks to me like this guy named Tomek was walling, and if anyone sees him around owning on railz or something, get a demo...

And before anyone bitches about me just being pissed that i was getting owned >_> i wasnt getting owned i still won, but the way he was playing is nearly impossible on 300 ping, and some of the stuff he did was far to suspicious given that i was being careful about what sound cues i gave him for his prediction

If he isnt walling... ill admit, the kids good, but i highly doubt it

derv thinks its a wallhack from the demo hes seen according to the one thread... and some people may not like derv but he is the itdm server admin he knows his stuff

tomek is not cheating.  i've played with tomek for years and years, known him for some time and have smashed RA2 games alongside him and railz and have played on aussie servers with him (he's australian).

i'm vouching for him.  any inconsistancy with demos can easily be explained by his huge amount of latency, which you could test yourself by going on high ping servers and doing so.

the high ping excuse doesnt help him considering hes being accused of walling... there is just something wrong when he knows exactly where i am to fire the second he enters a room, when he has 300ms delay to start with AND most people dont even have the reaction time to do that... not to mention he shouldnt have known where i was to shoot in the first place... this wasnt just one lucky shot, it was like 20 lucky shots...

Force AC on him, see if he still plays the same, he has been accused of hacking on multiple occasions and it looks very much so like he does hack

there is no reason anyone on a windows operating system should be playing without anticheat in the first place

in my honest opinion hes either the luckiest hpb ive ever seen or hacking, i would like to see a forced ac on him to see if he can keep up with those shots...

not really sure what to make of it. i specked him and he seemed ok, but then again i have never used a wallhack so i don't know how it works or looks like. he says he is a top player in australia, well q2 has been dead in aus for years (i should know i live here), aussie servers r dead 99% of the time and i have never heard of him, but doesn't mean to say he isn't a top player. there r a few aussie players that hang around ts servers. the ones i know are myself, cunt holes, spiderpig, alice. tomek told me had had only been playing q2 again for 2 weeks but from previous accusations of cheating it seems he has been around longer than that , and he is very good if he isn't using cheats. I did ask him if he wanted to come play me on a TDM aussie server and he seemed reluctant. but you can't take much out of that i spose

Since tomek is using EGL v0.3.1-R1: Sep 14 2007 Win32-x86, which supports anticheat, I've added forced AC on his subnet(s).  I presume this won't cause any inconvenience.

tomek is dyn.iinet.net.au.  ghost/xtx is neoplus.adsl.tpnet.pl.  (Actually there are several players who have used the name ghost, but xtx was one of them.)

Looks like he's been playing fairly regularly over the past 650 days, with about a 9 week break between January and March, then another short break from April 26 - May 12.

some hpb's are just damn good to the point where ping becomes less of a factor, not to say this guy wasn't cheating because honestly I have no idea....but if he isn't then he is a damn good player, anyone who can overcome ping like that has to be.

we were just playing at vanilla and tomek suddenly got dropped. I wanna tell him that he had been forced to use anticheat but i was kinda busy camping.

It didn't feel like he was hacking, especially as seen near the beginning when I chase him to the rail. With wallhacks, he should have been able to frag me easily. The one time I said "hax!" was in jest because somebody snuck up behind me and chained me while I was having a hyperblaster duel.

I had 20% rail at the end even with my 190 ping .

Thats not me, that guy is from Poland because that is a common name over there, and that server is polish.

I'm from Australia and I've been playing on USA servers for almost 10 years now. So I'm use to my 300ish ping. It really is funny that you think I am using an "Aim Bot". As I was reading IR'Devs description on the lack of knowledge I have about the sounds in quake2 and how its "impossible" to pull off shots that I did with my ping makes it even more amusing. It just shows how ignorant you are. All the demo's posted on the forums don't prove anything at all, just a bunch of scrubs complaining about a HPB owning them.

As for the condump; I'm using anticheat now but it gives me an error saying that I need to use R1GL, which still doesnt work. This is why I never used anti cheat because I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. Anti Cheat also makes me lag more so that is why I tend to use EGL, that and EGL is A LOT smoother. If someone could help me with this problem then I'll gladly be back on the servers owning and prove to you morons (sorry for my vulgarity) that I am not cheating.
