Anything wrong/different with 74.54.186.226?

Hi.

I can't play in servers with the IP 74.54.186.226, like DM and RA2. At least not everytime. I was playing this morning (brazilian time), but now (4:30pm) I have a 450ms ping.
This happens almost everyday in random times.
I don't think its my connection, cause I have my ~160ms usual ping in 74.54.186.236 servers, like Xrazy.



Is there anything wrong with this server or have you made any changes on it?
Do you think this has something to do with my connection? It's same as before. No changes.

a lot of people are having huge packet loss issues with the tastyspleen.net server in texas, not really so much ping spikes from what ive seen

being over seas or on dial up, it may be a different issue, not really sure, but i thought the PL was worth mentioning

Half of Brazil is banned/muted,  might be jumping into and out of subnet bans....

I don't think I'm banned or muted. I can connect and talk anytime I want. BUT, sometimes I get a 400 ping in specific servers.

In fact, it's not specific anymore.



Sorry. I'm making some tests while posting this and I've just found out that it is still in specific TS servers.
Now I even have a "good" ping in some 74.54.186.226 servers:
