fluro skins

i finally found some decent skins that are actually bright. its the q2_fluroskins from http://realistic.tastyspleen.net/PAKS/wision/ it isn't too bad but i wanted to change the male fluro green to the female fluro white. how would one go about doing that?

That's nice but it's no good for teamplay if every model is the same color.
