game flags change for DM

i would like to suggest that you scrap the 30 frag limit for DM, and just make it a 10 minute time limit. Gives us high ping basterds a chance to get into the game before it is finished within 1 minute by a low ping basterd on steroids

Idk, hpb's usually have better chances in short matches(as not to let a lpb control the match) and small maps.
