Your system is very similar to mine - which I'm in the process of replacing. It's about 6 years old and giving me problems here and there. Your hard drive is quite small - you should at least replace that. A hundred bucks will get you at least 500 GB. I have the same GeForce 7300 card and you can't adjust it for the "dual core" Quake problem. Only more recent cards. Also you realize your LCD monitor will cap FPS at 60 - no higher.Just some thoughts....
