That's pretty cool.

You know, the Qauke2Live project is going to need people to replace all of the pak0 assets so that it can distrubute a new client.

I still think the Decemeber 3, 2009 pak from Jim Waurzyniak's Q2 retexturing page are the best for all maps.
I've also tried some re-skinning models a few months back, but to no satisfactory result. I have found some really good weapon models over the course of playing Q2, and they DON'T include rip-offs from that weird Q3 mod like that yellow shotgun in that one screenshot.
