Kobra's Forever Incomplete Novice Bracket Predictions ~Updated 1/05/06~

I never did complete these predictions...Just would like to say that my original predictions for the Novice bracket involved Digency/Maddy meeting up in the end, with Digency winning the whole thing.

Sorry about that, Bleach.  I was working on two versions of the prediction thread and forgot to include the info I left out.  It was corrected...And by the way, you lost to Abby, and not Maddy. : )

Comments: Bleach is coming off of an impressive win vs. DeathInc, but followed it up with a loss against Abby.  Think he should have enough confidence to win this match as long as he plays the way he did in his first 3rd tourney match.

Comments: Abby's impressive run through the tournament will cause her to meet up with the most experienced Novice player of them all.  I'm sure Abby will get her frags each game, but Digency is way too tough to lose in this round.  Expect Digency's experience be the reason to make him prevail once again.

Comments: One of the hardest matches to predict...Not in the Novice bracket, but in all three of the brackets in my opinion.  It all depends on who shows up and has been practicing more.  That statement has never been truer than it is with this match.  Expect the winner of this to have a huge chance of winning the Loser Bracket.

Comments: I think people are underestimating Reflex just because he represents the {SX} clan.  You must not know him well enough.  I'll take a huge chance here and go with Reflex on this one since he has been up for hours at a time late at night practicing and just having fun playing the game.  I could very well be wrong about this, but no big deal, that's what makes predictions somewhat interesting.

Result: DuoKaizane wins 2-0

Comments: You have got to be impressed with maxPINGjr.  He's one of the first people that I have played on Quake II since I returned in April, and he has dramatically improved since then.  I think he could very well be the most improved player out of them since then.  I'm going with DuoKaizane still because of the effort he showed against Maddy, who is considered a favorite to win the tourney.

Rogal vs. Moving Shadow[/size]

Result: Rogal wins 2-0

Comments:  I'm not expecting this match to be close due to Rogal having so much more 1vs1 experience than Moving Shadow.  Should be a great experience for Moving Shadow, that is if he decides to pursue another tourney run the next time one starts up.

Comments: It all depends on which RaTT wants to show up.  He seemed to have lost his dedication a while ago.  I believe that he has enough experience to win this match, but Bleach has really bounced back in a big way ever since he lost his first match early on.
