Now I played it. Its really totally beautiful and a great work of art. But since it tries to immitate nature, its very irregulary structured and difficult to understand. Like a labyrinth.

Demo of my first time on it,  palin, hitme and bitterman.

I ended up being the only one with frags.

Kinda just have to wander around and find people.  Some areas are harder to access by normal jumping around.
But by the end of the map I think I get around pretty good.

Including the ways n kills chart.   Kinda looks neat.

I have the zip somewhere,   FOUND IT!  on the forums even, http://tastyspleen.net/quake/forums/index.php?topic=5909.msg62810#msg62810

Right click a demo,  and you can analyze it for all the who killed who and with what weapon,  given in html format.
or get a chart of what players had what score at what time in the game via line graphs.
or get a printout of the logfile, diff colors for diff events.
or,  get that overhead readout of kills and walkpaths. 

Pretty kewl prog,  it shows diff colors for diff elevations in your path,   diff color dots for kills and deaths,  and white for suicides/'natural' deaths.


I have one around here of me running around q2dm1 covering every square inch of it over and over.
It's posted,  but damned if I can find it.

Note about the prog,  it's a lil buggy.  Sometimes you have to go to your temp folder buried somewhere in documents
and settings to find a file it's produced,  I have to do this every time with the ways n kills chart.
