I have to say that of all the "date movie" types of comedies, disaster movie is the only one that I enjoyed. It was pretty crappy all around, but it had several redeeming factors. Rabid chipmunks, "enchanted" princess perma-fry, a complete parody of the out-of-place intro that was tacked onto the beginning of cloverfield...

I just tried to watch "dance flick" last week but couldn't stomach it. It was about as bad as "date movie."

But something about disaster movie was just funny enough to be watchable. I recommend it. Not highly, but if you're bored it's worth it.
