  Have you ever been kicked cuz u'r beating a CAS clan member on Sisters of a Worthless Miracle?  I have and i found out something fun to do is to make your name %999f%f%f%f%f and then log into Sisters server, try it for fun to see what happens.  LOL, i hate CAS clan, they are the worst players i've ever seen for having 20 pings and so they resort to kicking and banning players that are beating them or better than them.  F@gz

I'm getting bored with Sisters...
I get accused of botting at least once a day when I join, and this has been going on for about 3 months.
I get kicked constantly, and I will even be at about 41, get kicked, rejoin and get to about 38 in first place again, get kicked, rejoin, get about 40 again, get kicked, and then I give up because everyone is still only in the 30s...
Been banned once, but go me, I moved.

I got banned from sisters a couple months back with no reason given.. think either who, or nobody was playing at the time. Only reason I can figure was for spectating too much, which I probably do 

or because I figured out CAS's play pattern on DM8 "Warehouse".. where they go round n round just shooting off the BFG, and collecting new ammo for it as the go.. the one night that I was banned, I was screwing up his game pretty good, waiting on him around the corner, near the Hyperblaster/Armor.. BFG'ing him everytime he came around. Guess he got pissed.

What sucks, and is pretty pathetic to me, it wasn't for botting, or cheating in anyway, just playing the game. And they never ban people who are actually cheating/botting. That's what I can't figure out.

Oh well, no biggie!! Just putting my 2 cents in.

Hardly anyone actually does cheat on that server...  I had one guy load up a bot to try and beat me, and with my game being off he only won 45-44...
Most of the people who actually do bot don't do it right or something, because they still suck ass... *shrug*

I'll have to change the ip soon.. can't afford $65 a month cable bill much longer. will probably be DSL w/SBC.. (Only choices around here in S Ctrl OK). 

anyway, this is actually the 2cd time I've been banned from there. Last time was a couple yrs ago.. for camping too much.. Go Figure!!

I still go over there when I need a real FFA game, but getting kicked/banned is par for the course.  There is no reason, there is no rhyme.  Generally, when the noted clan plays, I just bail.   I played there for years happily and then the kick/ban stupidity came up a year ago or so and I stopped playing there regularly. 

Some admins are doing their servers in with sillyness like this.  I have seen a few of them go extinct from no players or just become irrelevant because they abuse their powers (yes, theirs to abuse, but we can vote with our feet too).  DM II was another one that made itself completely resistable because of a bad rotation of boring maps - no cheating admins in that case, just a silly map rotation - that one went from 90% average to 40% capacity after a few months.  I also recall the GVN server getting excessively draconian (my opinion) towards even a hint of impropriety at times - now I can never find a soul on that server, I'm not sure what happened there, but that was one really hot server with a shitload of competitive players, even with the "rail is so great because I love rail because I am the tiger woods of quake and I use the rail, not all those gay non-professional weapons" instagib mentality - the other day I went over to Fusters and they have the nade limit set to 3 - now that's just damned silly.

When the kicking got really bad at sisters, I saw them go from a full server to an average of 4 players - they are coming back up a bit, but eventually eveyone knows that your server is shit and doesn't bother playing or the server can't get critical mass back to sustain any meaningful games.

If you like the sisters format, you can give FIREDEAMON a try, but it has not reached critical mass yet.  Too bad becasue it seems to have a cool admin, like here.

i know a server that this happened too, ran a mod called WOD:LOX
there wasent to mnay people playing it aroudn then, so the admin pretty much banned everyone in the end haha
guy was a loser too, he got so pissed when people were doing good. and he banned everyone in the clan i was in at the time aswell
even those who didnt play the mod rofl

of course the server died out, good riddance

speaking of WOD:LOX, toxic monkey would get a kick out of that, muahaha
no skill required at all, its totaly spam lol
