a tiny vista x64 oops

Hi,

today i accidently deleted the trash bin from the desktop.Ops! Where is the undo key?
I created a new link to it and placed it on the desktop, but it always shows a full trash bin even after its emptied.
Any ideas how to bring back the old one without resinstalling ?

Sorry if this doesn't work, using Windows 7...

Right Click your Desktop - > Personalize - > Change Desktop Icons

You should be seeing a screen that you can select which items show on the Desktop (system Icons, like the recycle bin not links).
