All those people in the movie died a loong time ago. Would be interesting to know how the life was back then, and how movies were made.
This film offers a glimbse in the past century, and no, they didnt had science fiction in movies at that time.(edit:Proof me wrong here), so the story is about the american dream i think....interesting storytelling. Fast and precise acting. Easy to follow story with typical drama elements. I dont know how it ended,beacause i turned it off 10 mins to end, but i would   score it 8 instead of the 6.1 on imdb.
