yo cartman! erm ive just started a new job so i dont get properly online now till about 7-8gmt so thats 2-3 for you, or we can play at the weekend where im free and i can be avail for you whenever.sat nite your time will probly be the best option... just throw me a time and we can negotiate

wow isnt it convenient that you start a new job and IVe got like 8 jobs lined up for the next week and a half... well we seem to see each other online pretty often so Im sure we can get something impromptu going when we do... Im NEVER home 2-3 and saturday nights Im usually not either(weekends goin out time for me) but Im sure we'll get it done sooner or later- u know where I idle in irc so gimme a holla

beating cartman will be tough on those maps for sure as he is a good player. im going to have to rely on tactics tactics and hopefully a bitching 130ping chain

I didnt realize at 1st aero was even in sports map list... but Im happy with these maps, and scream will be tough to beat himself... probably wouldnt have a chance if he was even pinged. but o well. we gonna have to get these games goin soon... I think I just scheduled another months worth of work, working round 8 to 8 at night 7 days a week...

you have contacted me ONCE via irc, and I didnt know today was the deadline... btw deadline for what, us to play or us to schedule?.... you seem just as unavailable as I have been lately, I guess because ur in the UK... I dont know. I should be home the rest of the evening if you happen to get on/see this... otherwise, back to work tomorrow but I might have the afternoon off. other than that, I dont know.

I know this may be debatable - but from what I perceived on irc - scream has been trying to get this done a lot more than cartman - ive seen him posting messages, and inquiring info about cartman's status. He stayed late at night everyday, and on week-ends he stayed up till 6am GMT. Ive seen cartman on irc a couple times, talking with random people, then going off.

I don't blame anyone, but that's on what I can base my decision.

whatever... I'll just stick to not entering any more because its obvious I either will not have the time or get a bias agaisnt me because somehow my opponent is able to show his face to laurelin more than I am able to. however that may be. I dont think the bye was indeed fair, but w/e ur tourney u call how it goes. as far as scream making more of an effort, that is purely a crock of shit. I made just as much effort as he did, the bottom line is neither of us was online at the same time. I seriously dont think I would have tried so hard to get my 1st match goin just to fuck around my second match. True I was working quite a bit more, but on the same not I was goin out a lot less- my evenings = his midnight to two in the morning... when I NEVER saw him on. Anyway, Scream, you got lucky, Laurelins on ur side this time. I was plannin on takin you down hpb or not. HF next round. u just got ur lucky round, take advantage of it. and I seriously doubt Im gonna put much if ANY effort at all into playing my next match. so Im guessing you might as well give the next person a bye as well. Im done trying to no avail. O well hf people, back to simply playing for fun ON MY TIME.

laurelin, that was a very dumb and improper decision.. it compares with the stupidity of the people who actually thought/think that i walled against scream. Tastyspleen and this tourney has proved nothing to me but to be a mess.

What's debatable is your intelligence.
1. How do you know if cartman hadn't pm'd scream a million x on irc asking to play their match? you dont.
2. How can you consider one trying harder than the other? The main issue here was a different time zone, and with this being an american tournament, dont you think it should be run on an American schedule? Scream staying up til 6 am is irrelevant, sorry.
3. And how does scream being on irc weekends and weekend nights considered "effort" when cartman clearly said in his first post: "(weekends goin out time for me)". HOW DOES SCREAM GET CREDIT FOR HIS "EFFORT" WHEN HE TRIED TO CONTACT CARTMAN THE ONLY DAYS HE SAID HE WAS FOR SURE NOT ABLE TO PLAY.
4. " inquiring info about cartman's status. " Yes, scream did this, and i was one of the people to whom he got information from. I told him (friday evening) that his best luck would be to reach cartman sat/sun during the daytime. SCREAM WAS NOT ON DURING THESE TIMES. Yet, you say that he put forth more effort.

I am not saying that scream put forth less or more effort, i am saying that the fault of this was not cartman's, not scream's, but busy schedules on both parts (work) along with a 6 hour time difference. and laurelin, i have nothing against you, i like you, but i feel like you made a pretty bad decision, especially if you hadnt gotten input from each player before making the decision $:-\$

You guys must be trying to shorten the roster of the 4th edition

Ok haunted let me correct you on your mistakes:
1)cartman didnt contact me once...not even a slap/shout/pm
2)i was here all friday/sat/sunday
3)every time i was on, i would slap cartman basically every hour. i would go to random channels asking if cartman was around.

Then i saw haunted and he directed me on when cartman would be free..you said sunday daytime, i waited and waited...slap after slap on the |D|cartman name then it came to about 6pm your time on sunday and i thought 1 last slap.....so i did and cartman changed HIS name to |D|cartsleep me, laurelin and few others saw and thought that was wierd. that time was 6:10, so just gone midnight my time and i had work at 6am. So overall i think i did alot more than cartman to try and get in contact,therefore i deserve the BYE...

now off topic:
now i have explained i dont expect to be flamed by u/trivium/cartman/whoever ..JUST I MADE THE EFFORT, SO I DESERVE THE BYE..i would have rather played the match, but thats just then way it is...peace
