Well, I took a picture of the other side where they had the screw, because that's where a lot of the damage shows.  But I got queezy just looking at it.  

However, I firmly believe that by holding a cold beverage I will 1) keep it iced, 2) not have to look at it, and 3) possibly gain local anesthetic affects depending on the beverage (depends on the presence of my daughter   ).

Tour knuckles look kinda small.  Punch a heavy bag with out gloves and u can punch cars with out breakages.
