Yeah, sort of the same thing was happening to me when I first started playing Quake II in late May. For a while, I couldn't chat. I would try, but nothing would ever show up. I think that my subnet had been muted. Fortunately, it stopped suddenly after a week or two.

Can we ban these bots in DM and other servers that just spam bad jokes non-stop? I tried to join earlier and it took me 15 minutes to get in because there were about 10 of them connected
