No, it should be checked along with any others you also want to show up on the Recording panel.

When you hit OK, the ones that are checked should show up as recording inputs with sliders.

You can then select the input you want.  (What U Hear)

I think we are talking about two different menus.

The one that allows multiple selections, is the one that simply determines which inputs "show up" on the recording control panel.

In the recording panel itself, it's only possible to select one input at a time.  (At least on my systems.)

Hmm. Ok.

I played a song using winamp, and i recorded the song through sound forge.

Saved the song as an mp3 file.

Tried to put the newly recorded mp3 file on, and it still says cannot do it because its write protected...

any ideas?

is there some sort of "Hold" button/function on the usb adaptor or somewhere on your phone's display?

Just a minor point but it's COPYRIGHTED, not Copywritten.

The right to copy files is reserved to the copyright holder, not the write to copy files. You can write copyrighted files but you may not have the right to copy them.
