What mod/client are they using? I can't find which mod it is...

That client is the one used by Claudio, the guy who made the video. In all probability he's either using aprq2 or r1q2... the pak I can't help you with too much. But I'd ask him, since the video was recorded from his setup.

the lighting reminds me of Quake2Max

If I remember correctly, the railgun trail in Q2max was much wider, which was a big turn off for me.

It could possibly be EGL.

Link isn't working for me atm, but most likely it's battle mod and r1q2 + any paks used.

I have no clue what battle mod is, but I highly doubt it's r1q2 because of the rail trail.

Battle mod is what the competitive euro tdm scene has always used because it's been the best mod for tdm until opentdm came out I guess.. still debatable though! Maybe they use something different now, that's how it has been for quite some time though.
