I dont know if you need the overrides too...
The overrides are in xrazy server, if you are in vanilla or other TS server, just type in console: goto xrazy

You don't need the override's to play the demos.

Only need the
env/*
maps/*
sound/*
textures/*


The only bad thing about playing demos is that the Ambient sounds are not recorded to the demos.
