Worldcraft error message

Hi guys! 
Can anyone tell me why I`m getting a "WARNING: areaportal entity 15 doesn't touch two areas" message when compiling a ctf type map?

I believe that all area portals have to be contained entirely inside a func_door

Thanks guys, It turned out I was using a entity I didnt even need to get the ctf game working.  :dohdohdoh:
