Newb needs help with Anitcheat

I have no idea what the heck happened.  I just upgraded from DSL to cable.  I have never downloaded anticheat and don't have the foggiest idea on how to cheat.
But now I get kicked when trying to log on to DM or Vanilla.  I have tried downloading an anticheat from antiche.at and put the .dll in my Quake2 folder and in Baseq2.

I want to play and i need some guidance - HELP - DoubleKetel

You probably got caught up in an existing subnet ban if you just changed providers. Send a PM to console and he will help you out.

I've been sick with Q2 since 2007. It's incurable.
Dying and reviving is common. It's a shame the QT was good.
