Wallfly was down today on Vanilla (2 PM EST) so someone snuck their bot in. It's probably someone who's already banned.

Witnessed this numbskull using not one, but TWO different bots back to back on Vanilla just a few minutes ago. He played several maps using what appeared to be some version of frkq2, then disconnected and came back with what was probably a ratbot, both times VERY VERY obvious. He seemed to be very oblivious to the fact that everyone knew he was cheating, since he ended each map with a "ownt", even when Cheezy (who WASN'T cheating) beat him to the frag limit.

For now I've forced AC on the 76.182.*.* and 75.177.*.* subnets.  It's easier than fine-tuning a ban of all of *.nc.res.rr.com, which I suppose I'll have to deal with if he gets in again...
