To further clarify... if someone is acting like an idiot on the TDM discord (whether or not it is against the discord ToS) it can still absolutely likely to result in a ban if deemed necessary, but is usually discussed in the TDM discord's admin channel.

After being vaccinated, you can still get the problem that the vaccine is created for.   Vaccines are about mitigation or reduction, not absolute prevention. Especially for the greater collective public.  People get confused about that a lot.
