Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I've been trying to get the weapon for the Fun model reskinned,but it doesn't want to work.

Here is what I'm trying for....but it still shows as the original ghey skin

I know Dukie will sort you out, but I like getting involved anyway! 
I pressume your model dont have VWep, otherwise, changing the models weapon skins wouldnt work, so I pressume that your model only shows the shotgun for every weapon?
Ok, so a daft question: is the filename for your new shotgun skin called 'weapon.pcx'?
You should zip your model folder and upload it, so we can see if we know whats happening.

The weapon model is unique and part of the Cereal or Fun model.I think its supposed to be a glorified boom box,the model being a abstract "raver".Here is its link at polycount:

Any help you can give will be appreciated.One look at the original weapon skin will convince you of the need to change it...

Try this out ... (I haven't tried it out to see if it works, but I think it will - just extract to your baseq2 dir and the model is tmf/toomuch)

P.S: Admin your upload folder is almost full

I just made a folder for your model alone. Thats what you should always do, instead of using other model folders. See, you were using the original fun model in the 'players/fun' folder, but you should create your OWN folder. I copied fun and renamed the copy to 'tmf'. Now you can edit it as much as you want (including sounds etc.) and it will not interfere with other models, and it won't mess up other people's models if they download your model pack you release.
