HELP!!!!!! My USB ports SHIT THE BED!!!

About four days ago my usb ports ceased to exist. (yes every single stinking one of em)
Any guidance or advice would be peachy.

When you reboot, they aren't detected?

What about when you load your bios?  Do you see them there?

Have you moved your box recently?  Perhaps you need to open your case and that mobo <--> case ports is well seated.
