It seems like you at least support our decision to put up free servers to play on.  Maybe you could be more specific about which decisions you don't support. 

I'm here trying to get to the bottom of these admin issues because I want players to have an environment where they're having maximal fun with miminal hassle.  Are you sure that's something you couldn't get behind, in terms of support?

that xqnewb box is already gone, i just found out about it the next day, took care of it already and its all fine now.
i didnt remove any xqnewb maps, i just added them,  thought you guys WANTED more maps, cause thats what ive been told by so many jumpers.

I honestly think that anybody that's promoted to admin status on the TS Jump server is going to catch a lot of shit, because of little nit-picking and such.  The bottom line though is, while tefh might have been wrong in one way, form, or fashion, he's done way more good for the server by fixing so many maps properly and removing the shitty/broken ones.

i still love how I lost my admin over something extremely trivial, and yet I see shit happening which is considered much greater of an annoyance than what I did and these people don't even get a slap on the wrist.

And I even kicked a player that has the same level of respect as ToxicMonkey has around here for doing the same shit to me as Toxic seems to be doing to others.

And what I do is a lot more important than a stupid jumpmod server.

Don't be too sure.  The last guy, bigd, is banned from all the servers.  As for the new guy, he's had to endure a lot of dialog from me on IRC, as we try to hash out guidelines for what admin actions should be allowed in what context on jumpmod. 

As for your own admin, it was never meant to be taken away permanently.  If you're willing to exercise the needed restraint, it could be reinstated.

The version of jumpmod we're running only allows 1024 maps.  tefh has been necessarily deleting some weaker maps in order to make room for some more desired maps like all 50 stubbsyjump*.bsp, etc.

Note: tefh has also provided me with a 'private' new version of jumpmod that can handle 2000 maps.  However, I am reluctant to run that version until I can determine whether the folks who appear to be holding the jumpmod source code hostage, actually have the authority to do so.
