He is saying a right swing for the first jump and left swing for the second.  That's the way I learned it.
I think all left is more consistent though.

Yes, I watched the demo.  I know the jump very well.  :>

How I do it specifically:  start out in front of boxes, +forward, then +forward & +moveleft just before the jump, then jump once, reverse to +moveright, then on the 2nd jump, reverse again and +moveleft.  Also, almost no movement of the mouse is required in this fashion.  Sometimes I notice mouse movements can screw up jumps like that, which is especially troubling in the heat of battle.  Anyway, seems to nail it the best for me - other methods are hit or miss for some reason.  It may also have to do with my lower fps due to no vidcard.
