(Also, it might be smart to add a fraglimit to really big maps there.)

some of the larger maps actually finish faster on mutant

10 minutes vs 15 on dm... even if there is only 20 frags done, it will end at 10 minutes

But at the same time, we are playing on servers already paid for and that have maintaining costs. I  bet the time vs cost is prob an issue and we should just let it go. Otherwise, perhaps an itemized statement of cost could be posted and could be met through donations? I dont see enough people being interested to get it done or enough people who really care about the rotation.  :notworthy:

Maps can be removed from mymap though, so server killing maps could be taken out?

It has been on the same rotation for the last 4 years, so a new one couldn't hurt.

On the other hand, I'm not philosophically opposed to implementing a "nextmap now" vote for wallfly. Might set it to require a 2/3 majority or such. If a supermajority cares enough to vote to end the current map early, the chosen map was apparently not a great fit for the server at that time.


Maps can be removed from mymap though, so server killing maps could be taken out?

It has been on the same rotation for the last 4 years, so a new one couldn't hurt.

Definitely up for new rotation ideas, and/or removing underperforming maps from the mymap list.
