Can anyone find source code for lithium?  I'll run it if we can mod it to get strafe jumping working.

If I'm not mistaken set sv_airaccelerate 0 is all the code you need. OK, the strafe jumping 'problem' again. Well at least you're consistent because I've seen you mention this before;) To be honest when I first started playing Lithium it felt strange, but once I learned how to make full use of those physics it felt like nothing else. Please take it from a guy who has been playing this Mod for lots of years; you need to have airacceleration to maintain your jumping speed (which can be almost three times higher than normal strafejumping). With no airaccelerate you simply can't change direction when you've built up a nice speed and so you're forced to a cold stop before you can make a sharp turn. (See this demo of how you can use airaccel to make fast turns.)
Remember "Sisters of the W. M." server? Now what they did was just lame, they configured the Mod as a normal DM server (no hook, no runes) but forgot to disable the airaccelerate. That resulted in frustration because you couldn't even get to the Mega in dm1 for instance. But with normal Lithium it's not about doublejumping, you have your hook to get around and give you a boost. Most people who like playing Lithium do so because they like the hook and the speed. Anyway please reconsider running the mod (with default settings), I'm pretty sure there is an audience for it:).

Intentionally or not, Sisters of the W. M's lack of strafe jumping pretty effectively repelled any good players from sticking around.  Thus, it was a pretty good haven for new players.

Maybe we can handle Lithium with an 8 player max, like the vanilla2 that will probably go up soon.  We really are right on the edge....  (Again, idle servers don't really matter... it's the number of active players that really counts.)

Darn,  too many active players.  Whats this community coming to?

I remember S. W. M.     the month or so when I started playing I just jumped from
DM server to DM server untill I found AW Rails for a home.  But SWM Kansas and Madhouse
were it till then.  Point,  I didnt know about ANY jumping back then.  Thnx for the blast from

the btf wod server offers a lithium config for osp tourney if it happens to be set to tourney.  You can vote anything on that server.(if you are lucky enough to find it set to OSP.  Once it is set to wod, it takes an rcon to get it to tourney).  If you want to play it, find a btf member to change it to tourney for you.
