Some would say it takes skill to master so manydifferent weapons and binds. Now I could post a nasty response like you and say any idiot can play a game with two weapons and no options, but I won't.

Nobody uses the phaser anymore.   The powers that be decided that it was way to powerful and made it weak and useless.  Makes a nice buzzz sound still though.

There are still tons of other features in the mod that make it unbalanced and "skill-less (for lack of a better word )" , like mirvs or the shredder; oh, and those "spawns". You can't exactly try to have balanced in a mod that's supposed to have crazy, overpowered weapons...

The players of  WODX like overpowered weapons.   That is why I play.  Mindless mayhem.  The way WODX was actually intended to be.   The developer of WODX over the years has asked  players what kind of weapons they wanted and they have been provided.  If we don't like  a weapon,  we complain enough and it will be removed.
(i hate traps  get em gone will ya....).   
Also,  the game format actually attracts lots of players.  That is the most important part to mention.   A nice balanced boring game of quake with no players  is not much fun.

Whenever I check the  WODX server it has players.  LOX,  on the other hand,   has no players.  I think you just pointed out why no one plays LOX.

Or maybe it's because LOX's old players left the mod?  I used to play LOX on the ZONE, and it was always full.

The Zone? Do you mean MSN Zone? Are you F#$@ing kidding me? How long has that been shut down? You used to play LOX in the Zone. Hell, there used to BE a Zone. That's your best argument?
