P.S. and before players like Beatdown get confused: 'handicap' is 100% a server-side feature. (Q2 servers never ask clients opinion on damage calculations.)
It's a customization on our FFA servers allowing you to increase difficulty by reducing the damage you deal to opponents. Setting handicap 50 means your shots do half damage.
