The GIF is a joke at your expense, and you can get offended that this is some kind of a personal insult, but you've done this SO MANY TIMES that I can't be objective about any accusation you make anymore, I instantly assume you're wrong.
That,... taken with the fact that Chacal has played on TS servers for probably longer than I've been around here... means that if Chacal was going to get caught cheating, he would've been caught doing it already by multiple someone elses.
Lance armstrong was cheating for the world to see for over a decade before he was caught. He did it in front of everyone. It's a pretty poor piss poor attitude to have to think just because someone has been doing something for a long time they are innocent. Ben Johnson was caught years after the fact for doping, Marion Jones the same the list goes on. over 500,000 gamers world wide were banned in 2024 alone in different games for cheating. What makes you think for a second q2 is exempt? And why is trying to keep the community free of hacking a bad thing? Why rubbish people for keeping a look out over a game? Regardless of weather I am right or wrong, you almost make it sound like a negetive thing people are still looking out for hackers, no matter how old the game is. And I can tell you right now all you have to do is look at the list of people that WERE actually caught hacking like skyline who are free to roam the servers still. People act as though a hacker has never graced the quake2 community cough cough razor cough
