This thread dont seem to popular. Come on all you graphically minded people join the discussion. Even if your just beginning to dabble in PSP or Photoshop, or want to get into the graphics world, join the thread!.
I myself am studying graphic design and i know plastik is a graphic designer. I'm presuming theres more than us to. So if you like graphic design and wanna show off a little or get advice etc, then post here. Think of this thread as the graphic design home of tastyspleen if you like.
Ive gotta play half-life, ive heard alot about it but never actually played it. I kinda had trouble with steam tho when playing counter strike. I purhcased a proper copy and some cheeky person who downloaded it used my serial, so it said i had an invalid serial. I'm sure theres workarounds to it tho.
I used Cinema4D to do the 3d fork and spleen (i think it looks like balls or summat lol) and i edited and put it all together in photoshop CS2. The bits you can see that look like i cut out are the shoddy mask i made for the background text. (as i needed to make it look like it was behind the fork).
I basically created the spleen from a metaball in c4d, and the fork from a spline, then the rest was photoshop to add text etc.
i got bored and made a tastyspleen wallpaper. Its kinda useless cos its 800x600 and hardly anyone uses that nowdays (its was the only render i could be bothered to do)
I had some nice settings for performance, graphics etc in config file, then decided to play around and i naffed things up. So now i'm looking for all the little handy tweaks to improve graphics and whatever. I'm using APRQ2 and i believe theres some intresting extras for it.

oh 1 more thing, with aprq2 if i type them in the console will they be auto saved in the config file or do i put em straight in there.
Dint realise u guys were into photoshop, best way to learn is to just mess about and gradually all the tools become second nature. Them tutorial sites are ok, but there tends to be too much of the same thing. (they teach technique but not individuality). Heres some of my experiements.
