If you and these others are making the argument that everyone should stop using it, then you and these others are severely retarded.

Not at all what I said, brotha'! As I said previously, some players have trouble getting it to work with modern Q2 clients and OS' (e.g. Win8), so they opt not to use it. My whole point is that just because a player doesn't use anticheat, does not mean he is trying to hide something - more than likely, it's because he just can't get it to work! Now that doesn't mean I wish it were so - it would be nice if someone took over that whole aspect of ze game and kept it updated.

Anyone who puts hashtags and says YOLO in this forum obviously has the mind of a 12 year old and no amount of trying to explain things to them (like how evidence works) is going to be worth your effort.

He doesn't even seem to understand that nobody other than alpha called these demos a bot in this thread, and he's happily ignoring the fact that the supposed issue is now a non-issue because whatever.com over there is now using anticheat and still playing the same way and there are apparently no hard feelings beyond some snarky responses on a forum.

It's over and done with and you have these 2 randoms in here trying to wear big boy pants by calling other people uninformed and/or trolls.

I found it hilarious that how this whole thing was blown out of proportion and you specifically went on the whole "evidence/words are wind" tirade (and you still keep referring to it) - meanwhile Alpha's original post/demo were EVIDENCE (ooooh!) enough this whole time to (eye-rollingly I might add) dismiss this whole ridiculous debacle. You may not have called LMCTF a bot outright, but your approach to the whole situation just made me...#SMH (I'M USING #SMH IRONICALLY, OK???).

Being a "random" doesn't make one wrong - if that's your argument, then clearly you somehow feel threatened by what's being said. Personally I'm way past the point of caring for fake internet points or e-statuses. See ya on the servers!

Alpha and Whirlingdervish - TOP KEK material, all around. Truly.

What's hilarious is that half the time anticheat just plain doesn't work for people with modern Q2 clients, and even when it does, it means (mostly) NOTHING - it has not been supported and updated in YEARS (sadly). How many exploits do you think are out there now that can get past it? Just because a player doesn't use anticheat and got some decent flick rails, means squat. There's nothing wrong with being vigilant, but what's happening here is making me laugh.

What's really hilarious, is that this time the person being accused and shit on, is actually a highly regarded and respected LMCTF player. Jehar and RottenRose have met him at QuakeCon this past summer and I'm certain could vouch for him...but would the tastytrolls care even then? #MEGALEL #YOLO
