Are you familiar with the term copyfraud? According to Section 506 C of the U.S. Copyright Act, any person who, with fraudulent intent, places on any article a notice of copyright or words of the same purport that such person knows to be false, or who, with fraudulent intent, publicly distributes or imports for public distribution any article bearing such notice or words that such person knows to be false, shall be fined not more than $2,500. Are you absolutely sure that you'd like to proceed with this? In all honesty, you'd be hard pressed to find one judge anywhere in the United States that wouldn't hold both you and your legal council in contempt of court for even suggesting to bring such a case to trial.

Furthermore, without being too condescending, do you have any proof of your possession of said "actual greatness" that someone might infringe upon? I've been looking around and I can't seem to find any evidence of it whatsoever. I see plenty of evidence to the contrary though.
